目的:进行小陷胸汤颗粒剂的浓缩工艺研究。方法:本试验对常压浓缩和减压浓缩两种浓缩方式分别进行考察,在工艺条件筛选时,主要以总皂苷、总生物碱含量为考察指标,确定出适宜的浓缩工艺条件,并确定出浓缩的最低相对密度。结果:在0.08MPa ,80℃条件下减压浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25,表明该条件相对较好,浓缩工艺条件和方法稳定、可行。

목적:진행소함흉탕과립제적농축공예연구。방법:본시험대상압농축화감압농축량충농축방식분별진행고찰,재공예조건사선시,주요이총조감、총생물감함량위고찰지표,학정출괄의적농축공예조건,병학정출농축적최저상대밀도。결과:재0.08MPa ,80℃조건하감압농축지상대밀도위1.20-1.25,표명해조건상대교호,농축공예조건화방법은정、가행。
Objective:The Study of Xiaoxianxiongtang Granules concentrated technolog. Method:This test mode of atmospheric concentration and reduced pressure concentration were examined. When screening process conditions, mainly by the content of total saponins, total alkaloids as examining index, determine the appropriate concentration process conditions, and determine the minimum relative density of the concentrated. Result:At 0.08 MPa, 80℃under the condition of reduced pressure concentration and relative density of 1.20-1.25, shows that the conditions are relatively good, enrichment process condition and the method is stable and feasible.
