目的:研究胃消颗粒治疗胃痛胃痉挛的作用。方法:以大鼠的离体胃肠平滑肌条为模型,考察胃消颗粒对大鼠胃肠平滑肌条收缩状况;以醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应为疼痛指标,观察胃消颗粒的镇痛作用;以角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀炎症模型考察胃消颗粒抗炎作用。结果:胃消颗粒显著促进大鼠胃肠平滑肌条的运动,200-280mg·ml-1浓度范围内可抑制大鼠胃肠平滑肌条的运动;胃消颗粒明显抑制小鼠扭体反应,明显抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀。结论:胃消颗粒对大鼠胃肠平滑肌条的收缩具有双向调节作用,具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
目的:研究胃消顆粒治療胃痛胃痙攣的作用。方法:以大鼠的離體胃腸平滑肌條為模型,攷察胃消顆粒對大鼠胃腸平滑肌條收縮狀況;以醋痠所緻小鼠扭體反應為疼痛指標,觀察胃消顆粒的鎮痛作用;以角扠菜膠緻大鼠足蹠腫脹炎癥模型攷察胃消顆粒抗炎作用。結果:胃消顆粒顯著促進大鼠胃腸平滑肌條的運動,200-280mg·ml-1濃度範圍內可抑製大鼠胃腸平滑肌條的運動;胃消顆粒明顯抑製小鼠扭體反應,明顯抑製角扠菜膠緻大鼠足蹠腫脹。結論:胃消顆粒對大鼠胃腸平滑肌條的收縮具有雙嚮調節作用,具有明顯的抗炎鎮痛作用。
목적:연구위소과립치료위통위경련적작용。방법:이대서적리체위장평활기조위모형,고찰위소과립대대서위장평활기조수축상황;이작산소치소서뉴체반응위동통지표,관찰위소과립적진통작용;이각차채효치대서족척종창염증모형고찰위소과립항염작용。결과:위소과립현저촉진대서위장평활기조적운동,200-280mg·ml-1농도범위내가억제대서위장평활기조적운동;위소과립명현억제소서뉴체반응,명현억제각차채효치대서족척종창。결론:위소과립대대서위장평활기조적수축구유쌍향조절작용,구유명현적항염진통작용。
Objective:To study the action of Weixiao granule on gastralgia and gastrospasm. Methods:Isolated rat intestine was selected in the assay to test the effects of Weixiao granule on contractilty of isolated rat gastric and intestine smooth muscle strips;With acetic acid induced mice writhing response model,analgesic effect of Weixiao granule was deterrmined.;The anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated with the circumference of rat ankle joint induced by carrageenin. Results:Weixiao granule could significantly improved the contractility of rat gastric and intestine smooth muscle strips.But Weixiao granule(200-280 mg·ml-1) could reduce the contractility of rat gastric and intestine smooth muscle strips. The results showed Weixiao granule exhibited analgesic effect on acetic acid induced mice writhing response model,and markedly suppressed the circumference of rat ankle joint induced by carrageenin. Conclusion:These results suggest Weixiao granule maybe has dual regulation on the contractilty of gastrointestinal smooth muscle. Weixiao granule might have obviously analgesic and antiinflammatory effects .
