目的：应用近红外漫反射技术建立灵芝胶囊一致性检验模型快检方法。方法：收集灵芝胶囊的近红外漫反射光谱，运用OPUS软件建立一致性检验模型，采用三台仪器对模型进行交叉验证，并用其它厂家生产的灵芝胶囊进行验证。结果：模型通过仪器交叉验证，也能区分出开它厂生产的灵芝胶囊，利用该一致性检验模型能无损伤、快速、准确地判断灵芝胶囊的真伪。结论：该方法建立的模型操作简单、快速有效，能作为灵芝胶囊真伪鉴别的快速筛选方法。

목적：응용근홍외만반사기술건립령지효낭일치성검험모형쾌검방법。방법：수집령지효낭적근홍외만반사광보，운용OPUS연건건립일치성검험모형，채용삼태의기대모형진행교차험증，병용기타엄가생산적령지효낭진행험증。결과：모형통과의기교차험증，야능구분출개타엄생산적령지효낭，이용해일치성검험모형능무손상、쾌속、준학지판단령지효낭적진위。결론：해방법건립적모형조작간단、쾌속유효，능작위령지효낭진위감별적쾌속사선방법。
Objective:To establish the near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy method to perform conformity test of gano-derma capsule. Methods:Near-infrared spectra(NIR) was used to set up the conformity test model by the OPUS software. Three in-struments using cross-validation of the model,And with other manufacturers to validate the model of ganoderma capsule. Results:Model through the instrument cross-validation, but also to distinguish it opened production plants ganoderma capsule, the use of the consistency test model can no damage, quickly and accurately determine the authenticity of ganoderma capsule. Conclusion:The method to establish a simple model of operation, fast and effective, able to identify the authenticity of the piece as isoniazid rapid screening methods.
