Milrinone%HPLC%Determination of milrinone content
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用米力农中米力农的含量。方法：采用辛烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，磷酸氢二钾溶液（取磷酸氢二钾2.7g，加水800ml溶解，加三乙胺2.4ml,用磷酸调节pH值至7.5）-乙腈（80：20）为流动相的高效液相色谱法。结果：平均回收率为102.7%，RSD%为1.43%。结论：本方法简便、准确度高，重现性好,可用于测定米力农的含量。

목적：건립고효액상색보법측정주사용미력농중미력농적함량。방법：채용신완기규완건합규효위전충제，린산경이갑용액（취린산경이갑2.7g，가수800ml용해，가삼을알2.4ml,용린산조절pH치지7.5）-을정（80：20）위류동상적고효액상색보법。결과：평균회수솔위102.7%，RSD%위1.43%。결론：본방법간편、준학도고，중현성호,가용우측정미력농적함량。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of milrinone content in milrinone injection. Method:Using octyl silane bonded silica as a filler,usingmobile phase consisted of Phosphate buffer (to take potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2.7g, add 800ml water to dissolve, add triethylamine 2.4ml, adjusted to pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(80:20) was used as the mobile phase. Results:The average recovery was 102.7%, RSD%1.43%. Conclusion:The method was simple,quick,sensitive and accurate. Milrinone content in milrinone injection can be determined by HPLC.
