采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热法等分析了牌号分别为4731B,SP980,DX800的进口管材专用耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)的性能及分子结构、相对分子质量及其分布、共聚单体种类及含量、结晶性能等。结果表明:3个牌号的PE-RT均为中、高密度聚乙烯产品(密度为0.935~0.947g/cm3),其中,4731B为乙烯与1-丁烯的共聚物,共聚单体含量低于SP980和DX800,相对分子质量分布较宽,结晶度为63%,晶片厚度为39.27nm,晶粒尺寸较大,说明其具有较好的结晶性能。
採用凝膠滲透色譜、覈磁共振碳譜、差示掃描量熱法等分析瞭牌號分彆為4731B,SP980,DX800的進口管材專用耐熱聚乙烯(PE-RT)的性能及分子結構、相對分子質量及其分佈、共聚單體種類及含量、結晶性能等。結果錶明:3箇牌號的PE-RT均為中、高密度聚乙烯產品(密度為0.935~0.947g/cm3),其中,4731B為乙烯與1-丁烯的共聚物,共聚單體含量低于SP980和DX800,相對分子質量分佈較寬,結晶度為63%,晶片厚度為39.27nm,晶粒呎吋較大,說明其具有較好的結晶性能。

The properties and molecular structure, relative molecular mass and its distribution, type and content of comonomers and crystallization properties of imported raised temperature resistance polyethylene (PE-RT) including 4731B, SP980, DX800 for pipes were analyzed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), carbon nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), etc. The results show that three types of PE-RT are medium or high density polyethylene products whose density is 0.935-0.947 g/cm3. 4731B is an ethylene and 1-butene copolymer, which has content of copolymerization monomer less than those of SP980 and DX800, wider relative molecular mass distribution, crystallinity of 63%, wafer thickness of 39.27 nm and larger grain size, indicating that the crystallization behavior of the resin is good.
