以某1000 MW燃煤机组脱硝系统使用的脱硝催化剂为研究对象,分别对不同运行时间的催化剂进行了对比检测。检测结果表明,运行初期,催化剂表面沉积了一定量的碱金属,但属于正常范围内;没有出现过多的硫化合物的沉积;催化剂微观结构遭到一定程度的破坏,比表面积有下降趋势;催化剂机械强度基本保持良好;催化剂活性衰减在正常范围内,催化剂可以继续使用或添加加装层。
以某1000 MW燃煤機組脫硝繫統使用的脫硝催化劑為研究對象,分彆對不同運行時間的催化劑進行瞭對比檢測。檢測結果錶明,運行初期,催化劑錶麵沉積瞭一定量的堿金屬,但屬于正常範圍內;沒有齣現過多的硫化閤物的沉積;催化劑微觀結構遭到一定程度的破壞,比錶麵積有下降趨勢;催化劑機械彊度基本保持良好;催化劑活性衰減在正常範圍內,催化劑可以繼續使用或添加加裝層。

The denitrization catalyst with different operatin9 time was contrasted and detected in a 1 000 MW coal-fired unit . The results show that a certain amount of alkali metal deposited on catalyst surface at the be9innin9 of operation,but within the normal ran9e. Deposition of sulfur compounds did not appear too much. The testin9 results also revealed that the microstructure of catalyst was dama9ed in partly and the special area of catalyst was decreased. The mechanical stren9th of the catalyst was proved in 9ood basical y. The catalyst activity was decayed but in the normal ran9e and the catalyst can continue to use or add a layer.
