Formulaing a scientific evaluation system for the effectiveness of ethnic language- Chinese bilingual teaching is very important and urgent for its theoretical research and educational practice . T he establishment of evaluation system for the effectiveness of the bilingual teaching is a fairly complex work . An important dimension of evaluating the effectiveness of bilingual teaching is learners are fluent in both Han and their ethnic languages in .But it should never be the sole dimension . Effective evaluation should also attach importance to other important dimensions , such as the academic success , the development of thinking , and the identity of ethnic and national beings .
