以硝酸镍、硝酸锌、氯化锰、硝酸铁及柠檬酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了镍锌锰铁氧体(Ni0.3Zn0.1Mn0.6Fe2O4)。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、矢量网络分析仪对样品的结构、形貌及电磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:锌锰取代的镍铁氧体吸收性能在8~12GHz范围内达到最佳,3mm厚度时的最低反射率为-12dB,同时具有电损耗和磁损耗特性,较未取代的NiFe2O4性能有了大幅度的提高和改善。
以硝痠鎳、硝痠鋅、氯化錳、硝痠鐵及檸檬痠為原料,採用溶膠-凝膠法製備瞭鎳鋅錳鐵氧體(Ni0.3Zn0.1Mn0.6Fe2O4)。採用X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、矢量網絡分析儀對樣品的結構、形貌及電磁性能進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明:鋅錳取代的鎳鐵氧體吸收性能在8~12GHz範圍內達到最佳,3mm厚度時的最低反射率為-12dB,同時具有電損耗和磁損耗特性,較未取代的NiFe2O4性能有瞭大幅度的提高和改善。

Ni0.3Zn0.1Mn0.6Fe2O4 ferrite was synthesized via sol-gel method using Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, Ni(NO3)2· 6H2O, Zn(NO3)3·6H2O, MnCl2·4H2O and citric acid. The structure and electromagnetic properties of the powders were charac- terized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and vector network analyzer. The results show that for the doped ferrite with both electronic and magnetic loss, the minimum microwave reflection loss is-12dBat 8-12GHz and the properties are the best, which are much better than those of the undoped one.
