MnZn铁氧体材料要获得良好的电磁性能必须在平衡气氛中烧结，平衡氧分压的控制遵循Blank平衡气氛计算公式。在解析Blank平衡气氛公式的基础上，系统研究了烧结气氛a值、b值以及保温结束点氧分压变化对MnZn铁氧体材料性能的影响。结果发现，气氛a值及降温段气氛对二峰温度的影响效果显著，可达10℃以上，而且通常使用的气氛b值14540烧结效果并不理想，保温段与降温段前后一致的气氛a值更有利于得到更好的材料性能。

MnZn ferrite with excelllent properties must be sintered in balance atmosphere, following Blank balance atmosphere formula. Effects of sintering atmosphere including valuea andb, and the oxygen partial pressure variation at the end of heat holding section on MnZn ferrite material properties were studied systematically, based on the Blank balance atmosphere formula analysis. It was found that the secondary peak temperature can be changed over 10℃ by atmosphere valueaand the cooling atmosphere adjusting, and the commonly used atmosphere valuebof 14540 is not satisfactory. A consistent atmosphere valuea during both heating and cooling section is more conducive to better material properties.
