用Ansoft软件对超磁致伸缩致动器中的偏置磁场进行研究，主要分析四种磁路结构的磁场均匀性及磁场强度，为器件设计提供依据。结果表明，两层及三层圆盘状永磁体施加偏场的均匀性一般，磁场强度变化范围分别为10～12kA/m、15～25kA/m；增加线圈后均匀性降低，但磁场强度分别增加到23～27kA/m、35～65kA/m。圆桶状永磁体施加偏场的均匀性最好，磁场强度变化范围50.7～50.9kA/m。双层圆环状结构可以提供稍高的磁场强度，磁场强度变化范围50～52kA/m。

The software Ansoft is used to simulate and detect homogeneity and strength of the magnetic bias field for giant magnetostrictive actuator by analyzing four different kinds of magnetic circuit structures. The results indicate that bias magnetic fields provided by double and three discal permanent magnets have ordinary homogeneity and magnetic strength ranging from 10 to 12kA/mand 15 to 25kA/m. Adding DC coils to these discs circuit reduce uniformity but increase magnetic strength ranging from 23 to 27 kA/m and 35 to 65 kA/m. The cylindric permanent magnet can provide the most uniform bias magnetic field while the double ring permanent magnets have higher magnetic strength ranging from 50 to 52kA/m.
