大学生创新能力培养是当前高等教育关注热点问题之一，也是未来高校教学质量评价的重要内容。从团队与组织协调、获取创新知识、创新思维能力、创新实践及成效4个方面，构建创新能力培养质量评价体系，评价创新能力培养质量的具体内容，并且通过问卷调查获得各指标的权重，提出改革大学生课程考核和评价方法、树立创新能力培养的教育理念、构建创新能力培养模式、加大科技创新扶持力度、搭建各种创新实践平台的提升创新能力培养的对策。

College students’ innovative ability training has received much attention, and is one of hot topics on the higher edu-cation research in recent years. It is the important content of college teaching quality evaluation in the future. Through four as-pects of team organization coordination, the innovative knowledge, the innovative thinking ability and innovative practice and efficiency, this paper is designed to research into the quality evaluation system of the innovative ability training and the specific content of the innovative ability training quality and to obtain the weight of indicators through the questionnaire survey. And then some measures are put forward to reform college students’ curriculum assessment and evaluation methods, set up the edu-cational concept of innovative ability cultivation, further the support of scientific and technological innovation and construct var-ious innovative practical platforms of improving innovative ability cultivation.
