目的:提高钛合金的表面硬度和耐磨性能。方法采用激光熔覆工艺,在 TC11钛合金表面制备80% CBN+20% Ti(均为质量分数)熔覆层,分析熔覆层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨性能。结果熔覆层的显微组织沿层深方向分为熔覆区、结合区和过渡区三个区域,区域之间没有明显的裂纹和断层。 CBN膜层的显微硬度最高达到950HV0.2,耐磨性比纯 Ti 熔覆层提高了近14倍。结论在钛合金表面激光熔覆 CBN 抗磨涂层,不仅耐磨损性能良好,而且表面硬度得到了有效提高。

목적:제고태합금적표면경도화내마성능。방법채용격광용복공예,재 TC11태합금표면제비80% CBN+20% Ti(균위질량분수)용복층,분석용복층적현미조직、경도화내마성능。결과용복층적현미조직연층심방향분위용복구、결합구화과도구삼개구역,구역지간몰유명현적렬문화단층。 CBN막층적현미경도최고체도950HV0.2,내마성비순 Ti 용복층제고료근14배。결론재태합금표면격광용복 CBN 항마도층,불부내마손성능량호,이차표면경도득도료유효제고。
Objective To improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of titanium alloy. Methods An experimental re-search of 80% CBN+20% Ti coating was prepared on TC11 alloy surface using laser cladding technology. The microstructure, hard-ness and wear resistance of the clad coating were analyzed. Results Microstructure analyses showed that the clad coating could be divided into three zones along the depth direction: clad, binding and transition zones, and there were no obvious cracks and faults among the zones. The maximal microhardness of the CBN membrane layer reached 950HV0. 2, and the wear resistance perform-ance of CBN anti-wear coating was nearly 14 times as high as that of pure Ti coating. Conclusion The wear resistance performance of CBN laser clad anti-wear coating on titanium alloy surface was good, and the surface hardness of the titanium alloy was effective-ly improved.
