As radical nephrectomy is the preferred treatment for renal cell carcinoma, it is very important for the qualitative diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions. However,partial renal space-occupying lesions are difficult to be identified only by morphological imaging.Computed tomography perfusion imaging (CTPI),a molecular functional imaging technology, can reflect microcirculation perfusion situation in tissues. Thereore,CTPI is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of renal space-occupying lesions.
