目的：探讨整体护理教育在药物流产清宫术病人治疗过程中的效果。方法门诊行药物流产清宫术病人120例，按随机数字表法分成对照组与干预组，每组各60例。对照组给予药物流产清宫术常规护理，干预组则在常规护理的基础上实施整体护理教育干预，观察2组病人接受护理后焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分的变化及掌握药物流产清宫术治疗相关知识的情况。结果护理干预后干预组SAS评分明显低于对照组[（43.12±4.63）分比（50.02±4.78）分， P＜0.05],干预组对药物流产清宫术治疗的相关知识合格率明显高于对照组（91.60%比58.18%，P＜0.05）。结论应对药物流产清宫术病人实施整体护理干预，以减轻病人的焦虑情绪，增加药物流产相关知识，预防再次流产。

Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care education on curettage after medical abortion. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing curettage after medical abortion were randomly given routine nursing care alone (control group, n=60)or in combination with holistic nursing care education(intervention group, n=60). Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and medical abortion curettage-related knowledge were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention. Results Compared with control group, holistic nursing care education caused a significant decrease in SAS score (43.12 ±4.63 vs 50.02 ±4.78, P<0.05) and an obvious increase in the qualified rate of medical abortion curettage-related knowledge (91.60%vs 58.18%,P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention can relieve patient anxiety, increase medical abortion-related knowledge and enable patients to avoid having an abortion again in women undergoing curettage after medical abortion.
