目的：探讨单侧经皮穿刺椎体成形术（PVP）治疗老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折（OVCF）的临床疗效。方法对128例（共156个椎体）老年OVCF患者采用单侧经皮穿刺椎体成形术（PVP）治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估术前，术后第1天、第3天及1个月患者疼痛情况；术后1个月对其临床疗效进行评价。结果128例患者均顺利完成手术，术后患者临床症状均有明显改善，未出现明显并发症。其中优113例（88.3%），良9例（7.0%），可4例（3.2％），差2例（1.5%）。结论单侧PVP治疗老年OVCF是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。
목적：탐토단측경피천자추체성형술（PVP）치료노년골질소송압축성골절（OVCF）적림상료효。방법대128례（공156개추체）노년OVCF환자채용단측경피천자추체성형술（PVP）치료。채용시각모의평분법（VAS）평고술전，술후제1천、제3천급1개월환자동통정황；술후1개월대기림상료효진행평개。결과128례환자균순리완성수술，술후환자림상증상균유명현개선，미출현명현병발증。기중우113례（88.3%），량9례（7.0%），가4례（3.2％），차2례（1.5%）。결론단측PVP치료노년OVCF시일충간단、안전、유효적방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures (OVCF). Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with OVCF (156 vertebral bodies)were treated with unilateral PVP. The pain was assessed visual analogue scale (VAS)before operation, on postoperative day 1 and 3, and at 1 month after operation. In addition, clinical efficacy was evaluated at 1 month after operation. Results The operation was successfully completed and clinical symptoms were significantly improved without obvious complications in all patients. Among the 128 patients, the outcome was excellent in 113 (88.3%), good in 9(7.0%),general in 4(3.2%)and poor in 2 (1.5%). Conclusion Unilateral PVP is a simple, safe and effective treatment for OVCF in elderly patients.
