为引导企业用户合理有序用电,提高终端设备能源利用效率,增强电网企业负荷调控能力,设计并实现基于物联网和云计算技术的智能园区能效管理系统。文章首先阐述系统设计原则和框架结构;然后详细描述各组成子系统功能和实现途径;最后,通过不同能效策略在实际案例中所取得的效益对系统性能和功能进行评价。实际运行表明,智能园区能效管理系统能够为用户提出合理的能效策略,有效提高用电设备使用效率、节约用电成本,提升区域负荷平衡能力。

Based on the internet of things and cloud computing technology, an intelligent park energy efficiency management system was designed and implemented in this paper. The system was aimed to guide the enterprise users to utilize the electricity reasonably and orderly, improve the terminal equipment’s energy efficiency, and increase the load control ability of the power grid company. Firstly, the system design principle and architecture was presented. And then the main functionalities and the realization of all subsystems were described. Finally, the performances of the system were verified by actual cases. The actual operation proves that the system proposed can provide the reasonable energy efficiency strategies for the users, which is helpful to increase the utilized efficiency of the electricity equipment, save electricity costs, and enhance the regional load balance ability.
