目的：探讨阿立哌唑合用小剂量氯氮平与阿立哌唑单用治疗女性慢性精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和不良反应。方法研究组20例应用阿立哌唑合用小剂量氯氮平治疗，对照组20例仅应用阿立哌唑单独治疗，应用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）和阴性症状量表（SANS）评定疗效，应用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果 BPRS评分两组间治疗前差异无统计学意义，治疗后在焦虑抑郁和思维障碍方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在活动多和总分方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。SANS 评分治疗前两组间差异无统计学意义，治疗后在兴致缺乏/社交缺乏项差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。TESS统计两组不良反应出现情况大致相同。结论无论阿立哌唑合用小剂量氯氮平还是阿立哌唑单用对女性慢性精神分裂症患者均有肯定疗效，阿立哌唑合用小剂量氯氮平在改善活动多、提高兴致/社交等方面具有优势，且不良反应未增加。
목적：탐토아립고서합용소제량록담평여아립고서단용치료녀성만성정신분렬증환자적림상료효화불량반응。방법연구조20례응용아립고서합용소제량록담평치료，대조조20례부응용아립고서단독치료，응용간명정신병평정량표（BPRS）화음성증상량표（SANS）평정료효，응용부반응량표（TESS）평정불량반응。결과 BPRS평분량조간치료전차이무통계학의의，치료후재초필억욱화사유장애방면차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），재활동다화총분방면차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；동조치료전후차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。SANS 평분치료전량조간차이무통계학의의，치료후재흥치결핍/사교결핍항차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；동조치료전후차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。TESS통계량조불량반응출현정황대치상동。결론무론아립고서합용소제량록담평환시아립고서단용대녀성만성정신분렬증환자균유긍정료효，아립고서합용소제량록담평재개선활동다、제고흥치/사교등방면구유우세，차불량반응미증가。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of aripiprazole combined with low- dose of clozapine in the treatment of female patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods The Study Group 20 cases were treated by aripiprazole combined with low-dose of clozapine treatment,20 cases in the control group only treated with aripiprazole,analyzed the assessment efficacy with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS),applied the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)to analyze their adverse reactions.Results There was no significant difference between the BPRS scores of the two groups before treatment.After treatment,it showed Significant diference in depression and anxiety and thought disorder(P<0.05), in the activity and total scores,it showed a very significant difference(P<0.01);The same group before and after treatment,the difference is very significant(P<0.01).SANS scores of the two groups had no sign- ificant difference before treatment,After treatment,in lack of interest/social lack had significant differences(P<0.05); The same group before and after treatment,the difference is very significant(P<0.01).TESS statistics showed that two groups’Side reaction occurred with the same frequency.Conclusion Regardless of aripiprazole combined with smal dose of clozapine or single use of aripiprazole in female patients with chronic schizophrenia had a definite effect,aripiprazole combined with smal dose of clozapine has advantages in improvement activities,improve interest/social and so on ,and the adverse reactions were not increased.
