针对手动倾点测定仪器的试验结果受试验者的主观因素影响较大的特点,设计了自动倾点测定器。采用图像识别法,从仪器的总体设计、金属浴设计和软件设计等几个方面进行了分析。考虑到传统的酒精浴制冷效率低下,提出了金属浴直冷技术。该技术大大缩短了制冷时间,增加了制冷深度。通过多次测试不同的油品,该仪器重复性和再现性均符合标准,并且稳定可靠。

The test results of manual pour point determination instrument are greatly influenced by subjective factors of experimenters, for overcome this disadvantage, the automatic pour point determination instrument is designed. By adopting image recognition method, the overall design scheme of instrument, the design of metal bath, and software design are analyzed. Considering the low cooling efficiency of traditional alcohol bath, the metal bath straight cooling technology is proposed. Thus the cooling period is greatly shortened, and the depth of cooling is increased. Through multiple test for different oil products, the repeatability and reproducibility of the instrument are all conforming the standards, and the instrument works is stably and reliably.
