在介绍和比较几种应用于物料水分在线检测技术的基础上,阐述了微波测量煤炭水分的原理。针对微波在线测量煤炭水分过程中受到煤层厚度、堆密度和煤层形状的影响,采用静态试验分别研究了各个影响因素。试验结果表明,透射波衰减和相移与煤层厚度近似呈二次函数关系,衰减和相移随堆密度的增大而增大,煤层形状通过绝对含水量影响衰减和相移。最后,针对各个影响因素分别给出了各自的补偿措施。

Several technologies applied in online detection of the moisture contents in materials are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared, and the principle of measuring moisture in the coal by using microwave is elaborated. Due to the on-line moisture measurement with microwave is influenced by the thickness of coal seam, the density of coal stockpile, and the shape of coal seam, each of these influence factors are researched respectively by using static tests. The test results show that the relationship between attenuation of transmitted wave and coal seam thickness is approximately quadratic function; the attenuation and phase shift are increasing follow the bulk density;while the shape of coal seam influences attenuation and phase shift through absolute moisture content. In accordance with these factors, corresponding compensation measures are given respectively.
