针对当前汽车诊断仪设计方案存在的各种优缺点,通过在安卓手机或平板上开发诊断仪软件,提出了利用蓝牙转CAN设备与汽车通信的方案。为解决因诊断数据库更新而周期性升级诊断仪软件的问题,设计了将诊断数据库存放在手机或平板SD卡中的方法。电动汽车测试结果表明,所设计的诊断仪能准确诊断和解析出汽车故障。相比当前其他诊断仪方案,该方案具有成本低廉、软件升级方便、携带方便等优点。
針對噹前汽車診斷儀設計方案存在的各種優缺點,通過在安卓手機或平闆上開髮診斷儀軟件,提齣瞭利用藍牙轉CAN設備與汽車通信的方案。為解決因診斷數據庫更新而週期性升級診斷儀軟件的問題,設計瞭將診斷數據庫存放在手機或平闆SD卡中的方法。電動汽車測試結果錶明,所設計的診斷儀能準確診斷和解析齣汽車故障。相比噹前其他診斷儀方案,該方案具有成本低廉、軟件升級方便、攜帶方便等優點。

In accordance with various advantages and disadvantages of existing design schemes for vehicle fault diagnostic instrument, the software of diagnostic instrument developed for Android mobile phone or tablet is proposed, the scheme adopts the device transferring Bluetooth to CAN for communication with vehicle. To solve the problem of upgrading of the diagnosis instrument software periodically due to updates of diagnostic database, the method of storing the database in SD card of the mobile phone or tablet is designed. Through the test and verification on electric vehicle, it is proved that the faults of vehicle can be diagnosed and analyzed by the instrument designed, comparing with existing design schemes, the new instrument features lower cost, easy to carry and software upgrade, etc.
