目前,在火电厂脱硝技术中,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术被广泛应用,在还原剂的使用上,尿素相对于液氨、氨水有一定的优势,在今后的使用中将越来越广泛。但由于尿素还原使用先例较少,其热工控制系统还需要不断完善和经验积累。本文对300MW火电机组尿素制氨还原法脱硝的热工控制系统做了一些基本的介绍与分析,希望能为火电厂脱硝热工控制的不断完善起到抛砖引玉的作用。

At present, the technology for NOx reduction by selective catalytic reduction (SCR) in power plant is widely used. The urea has certain advantages as a kind of reducing agent, and it will be used more and more widely in the future. But the thermal control system need improvement and more experience because the urea reduction was not used widely now. This paper makes some basic introduction and analysis about thermal control system for NOx reduction by selective catalytic reduction which uses urea to Catalytic in power plant, and hopes for a continuous improvement.
