数学师范生的职业技能训练是以学生的主动探索、互助学习、评价反思为主要特点的复杂的教育教学实践活动,仅靠课堂上的理论学习与技能训练难以满足新课改下的人才培养要求。研究者在多年的教育教学实践中,以合作学习为创新的组织模式构建了集整体性、目标性、实践性、可操作性为一体的职业技能专业化训练体系。通过四届数学师范生的评价反馈数据表明基于合作学习的技能训练模式能够有效提高师范生的职业技能水平,教学行为发生了显著的变化,同时,最大限度的提高了教学效率,激发了学生参与实践的积极性与创造性。

Mathematics students' vocational skills training on students' active exploration, mutual learning and cooperation as the main characteristics of complex reflection of education teaching practice, teaching must change the traditional method of predominantly teacher professor teaching mode and teaching method, and only rely on theory study and skill training of the classroom is difficult to meet the needs of talent cultivation under the new curriculum reform. Researchers in the education teaching practice for many years to build the professional training system based on cooperative learning skills. By three mathematical feedback data show that students' practice skills training mode based on cooperative learning can effectively improve the level of students' vocational skills, significant changes have taken place in teaching behavior, at the same time, maximum limit to improve the teaching efficiency, to inspire the enthusiasm and creativity of students to participate in the practice.
