The article used Game Analysis to research the Withdrawal Mechanism of Low-Rent Houses aiming at the present situation of“difficult to Withdraw”. Firstly, build a game model of the relevant departments of the government and the housing security objects. Then, analyze the main determinants of the Withdrawal Mechanism of Low-Rent Houses. Finally, present some advice to improve and perfect the Withdrawal Mechanism of Low-Rent Houses, and hope them may be adopt by the deciders.
