索杆铰接式伸展臂是由球铰、圆柱副连接杆件构成的空间机构。在探究其工作原理的基础上,对某一方向的输出运动进行了分析,构建了理想状态下的运动关系式。考虑尺寸及运动副误差的影响,用“有效长度”代替实际长度,建立可靠性简化模型。结合伸展臂尺寸,利用Matlab软件得到可靠性系数随转角变化的关系曲线,求得展开过程中可靠度的最小值。为空间机构可靠性计算提供参考,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Cable-strut deployable articulated mast is a space mechanism, whose rod pieces are connected by spherical hinge and cylindrical pair. On the base of working principle, the output movement along specific direction is analyzed and the kinetic relationship in ideal condition is established. Taking the size and clearances in the joints into consideration, effective length instead of concrete length is utilized to build a simplified reliability model. According to the mast size, a relation curve between reliability coefficient and angle is established through matlab and the minimum of reliability is calculated in the process of unfolding. The study offers a reference of space mechanism reliability calculation.
