社会结构中的社会网络概念是以关系为中心取向的,基于社会网络视角中“关系”这一核心概念,来探讨农业技术扩散过程中信息资源获取模式,把嵌入社会网络当中的农村社区的社会关系类型细分为四个维度,把信息资源按农业技术扩散过程中农户需求层次分为四种类型。以实际案例剖析方式总结分析了农业技术扩散过程中信息资源获取的四种模式。在农业技术扩散前期,信息引入可以利用生成性弱关系和先赋性强关系互动,以“守门人”导入的模式引入;技术外围信息可以通过生成性弱关系以“宣讲会”模式传播扩散而获得。在农业技术扩散中期,技术评价信息可以通过生成性强关系以“大户效应”模式传播扩散而获得。在农业技术扩散后期,市场信息可以通过生成性强关系以“打猪港”式的聊天模式扩散而获得。

The concept of social network in social structure is relationship-oriented. In this paper, the mode of information resource acqui-sition in agricultural technology diffusion was explored with "relationship" being a core concept from the perspective of social network. The social relationship of the rural community embedded in the social network was divided into four dimensions, and the information re-source was also divided into four types according to the farmers' demand during the agricultural technology diffusion process. Through practical cases analysis, this paper summarizes four modes of information resource acquisition during agricultural technology diffusion. During the earlier stages of agricultural technology diffusion, the interaction between generative weak connection and ascribed strong con-nection could be adopted with “gatekeeper” mode in information introduction. Peripheral technological information could be received by“lecture” diffusion mode from generative weak connection. During the mid-stages of agricultural technology diffusion, technological eval-uation could be obtained by“large household effect” diffusion mode from ascribed strong connection. During the later stages of agricultur-al technology diffusion, market information could be got through “casual chat” diffusion mode from generative strong connection.
