采用对比分析法,从时间序列趋势、研发领域、创新质量、法律状态、专利主体、同族专利多维度,对SIPO公布的燃料电池领域发明专利进行对比分析。研究发现:日本善于通过申请核心专利和布置外围专利获取竞争优势,美国重视技术的原创性和基础专利的研究,中国虽然专利申请量增长迅猛,但在创新质量和产业化运用方面仍与日美存在较大差距。研究认为,完善专利促进政策,加强对核心专利的深入研究,形成攻防体系,是提升竞争力、谋求更好发展的必由之路。

Based on comparative analysis, the paper analyzes fuel cell patents published by SIPO from time-series trend, R&D area, inno-vation quality, legal status, subject, patentee and patent family. The study finds that Japan is adept at obtaining competitive advantage through setting up core and peripheral patents;America attaches importance to original and basic researches. Though China's patent appli-cations are growing rapidly, there still exists a large gap with Japan and America in innovation quality and industrialization. It's suggested that perfecting patent promotion policies and encouraging enterprises to lucubrate the core patents, forming attack and defense system is the only way to enhance competitiveness and seek better development.
