医患关系紧张日益成为社会关注的焦点，不仅对医患双方造成了一定的伤害，也对社会产生了恶劣的影响。究其原因，体制、医患自身、医保等无非是这种现象的根源，解决这种问题就是要从根源上着手。从医患紧张的案例出发，分析原因，寻求解决问题的办法。

Worsening doctor-patient relationship has become a focus of the society. It hurts both the doctors and the patients, and brings devastating inlfuence within the society. The health care system, both doctor and patient, medical insurance, etc are the main causes of this phenomenon. The most important thing is to tackle the causes of the problem. This article analyzed the reason of worsening doctor-patient relationship on the basis of case report and tried to ifnd a solution for the problem.
