靶场红外信标源是红外经纬仪的辅助设备。研究了靶场遥控型红外信标源的设计,采用对应红外经纬仪工作波段和峰值波长辐射效率高的温度的电热红外辐射元件,用V字形透明和乳白双层石英电热管构成三面体,实现水平360°全向红外辐射。依据红外经纬仪在特定气象条件下工作所需要的红外辐射强度,计算了红外信标源在3.4~4.8?m 波段内的红外辐射强度。用单片机、晶闸管调整器和无线数传电台实现红外信标源的遥控操作。

The infrared beacon source is the supporting facility of the target range infrared tracking measurement system. A remote adjustable infrared beacon source was designed by the use of the high efficient electric heat infrared radiator corresponding to the working wavelength and peak wavelength of the target range infrared tracking measurement system. V-shape transparent and opal two-layer quartz-tube electric heat radiator were constructed as trihedral to accomplish horizontal omnibearing infrared radiation. According to the required infrared radiation intensity of infrared tracking measurement system under certain working circumstances, the radiation intensity of infrared beacon source between wavelength of 3.4~4.8?m was calculated. The remote operation of the infrared beacon source using MCU, silicon control adjuster, and radio data set has been achieved.
