基于压电陶瓷驱动器,选用2×2微扫描模式,降低了系统控制难度。分析了影响微扫描器控制的几个因素,设计了一款以单片机为核心的控制电路,解决了微扫描器位移与同步的控制问题,并以此构建了一款基于国内某制冷型探测器的反射式微扫描热像仪,通过实验验证了采用2×2微扫描模式能够有效提升热像系统的空间分辨力。

Based on piezoelectric ceramic actuators, 2×2 micro-scan mode was chosen to reduce the difficulty of system controlling. Factors affecting the micro-scanner controlling were analyzed. A microcontroller as the core of the circuit was designed to solve the problem of displacement and synchronization in micro-scanner controlling. A reflecting micro scanning thermal imager was built using cooled detectors. Verified by experiments, the 2×2 micro-scan mode can effectively improve the spatial resolution of thermal imaging systems.
