由于红外图像的对比度低,在红外图像采集中往往需要对其进行相应的图像处理,以增强图像的可视度。图像增强可分为频率域法和空间域法两大类,单纯的频率域法和空间域法功能比较单一,容易造成图像信息的丢失,适用场合受限。结合以上方法,提出一种基于分层处理的图像增强算法,该算法通过频率域法将原始图像分为高频层和低频层两幅图像,并采用空间域法分别对高、低频图像做相应的灰度拉伸,在增强图像动态范围的同时,最大限度的保留图像的细节信息,从而获得更好的图像可视化效果。

Due to the low contrast of infrared image, image processing is always needed to be done during the infrared image acquisition. Image enhancement can be divided into frequency domain and spatial domain method. As the isolation feature of pure frequency domain or spatial domain method , it is likely to cause the loss of image information and limit the applicable occasions. Based on the above methods, this paper puts forward an image enhancement algorithm based on hierarchical processing. First the algorithm divides the original image into high frequency and low frequency through the frequency domain method. Then a gray stretch of high and low frequency images will be done through spatial domain method. At the time of enhancing image dynamic space, the details of image will be kept to the largest extent to obtain better image visual effect.
