【目的】探讨基质金属蛋白酶2（matrix metalloproteinases 2，MMP2） mRNA在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。【方法】用RT-PCR方法检测38例人脑胶质瘤组织和7例正常人脑组织中MMP2 mRNA的表达。【结果】7例正常脑组织中均未检测到MMP2 mRNA表达；38例胶质瘤中，18例低度恶性胶质瘤组织中有10例检测到MMP2 mRNA表达，其阳性表达率为55．6％（10/18）；20例高度恶性胶质瘤组织中17例表达MMP2 mRNA ，其阳性表达率为85％（17/20）；高度恶性胶质瘤（Ⅲ～Ⅳ级）中MMP2 mRNA的阳性表达率显著高于低级别胶质瘤组织（Ⅰ～Ⅱ级），且两组相比较差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】MMP2在恶性胶质瘤组织中高表达，其表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度正相关。
【목적】탐토기질금속단백매2（matrix metalloproteinases 2，MMP2） mRNA재인뇌효질류중적표체급의의。【방법】용RT-PCR방법검측38례인뇌효질류조직화7례정상인뇌조직중MMP2 mRNA적표체。【결과】7례정상뇌조직중균미검측도MMP2 mRNA표체；38례효질류중，18례저도악성효질류조직중유10례검측도MMP2 mRNA표체，기양성표체솔위55．6％（10/18）；20례고도악성효질류조직중17례표체MMP2 mRNA ，기양성표체솔위85％（17/20）；고도악성효질류（Ⅲ～Ⅳ급）중MMP2 mRNA적양성표체솔현저고우저급별효질류조직（Ⅰ～Ⅱ급），차량조상비교차이유현저성（ P ＜0．05）。【결론】MMP2재악성효질류조직중고표체，기표체여효질류적악성정도정상관。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP2) mRNA in human gliomas .[Methods]The expression of MMP2 mRNA in 38 human glioma tissues and 7 nor-mal human brain tissues was detected by RT-PCR .[Results] The expression of MMP2 mRNA was not detec-ted in 7 normal human brain tissues .Among 38 cases of gliomas ,the expression of MMP2 mRNA in 10 pa-tients of 18 patients with low-grade malignant gliomas was detected ,and the positive rate was 55 .6% (10/18) . The expression of MMP2 mRNA in 17 patients of 20 patients with high-grade malignant gliomas was detected , and the positive rate was 85% (17/20) .The positive rate of MMP2 mRNA in high-grade malignant glioma (grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ) was markedly higher than that in low-grade malignant gliomas (grade I-Ⅱ ) ,and there was significant difference between two groups( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion The expression of MMP2 mRNA in malig-nant gliomas is high and positively related with the malignancy degree of gliomas .
