目的：分析无创心功能检测在慢性心力衰竭临床诊断中的应用效果。方法抽取2011年11月～2012年11月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者160例，患者均行无创心功能检测，分析检查结果。结果Ⅱ～Ⅵ级心力衰竭患者取CO（心输出量）、CI（心搏指数）、SV（心搏出量）、SI（心脏指数）、EF（射血分数）、LVEDP（左室舒张终末压）检查指标均存在差异，其中以SV的差异最明显，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）是反映心功能较可靠的指标。结论慢性心力衰竭患者进行诊断中仅根据症状和体征，使不典型病例诊断变得困难，缺乏特异性和量化指标，无创心功能检测可用于慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能评价依据。

Objective To analyze the application of non invasive cardiac functiondetection in the clinical diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Methods 160 cases of this group were collected from our hospital in 2011 November to 2012 November in our hospital , patients with chronic heart failure , the patients underwent noninvasive heart function test ,(LVEDP), leftventricular.end.diastolic.pressure) were.different indexes, among which the SVdifferences are most pro-nounced , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) is a reliable index to reflect the heart function.Conclu-sions The patients with chronic heart failure diagnosis only according to the symptoms and signs , the atypical cases di-agnosis difficult , lack of specific andquantitative , noninvasive cardiac function detection can be used for evaluation of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.
