目的:探讨重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗特发性矮小症(ISS)第八天,血清中类胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和类胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBP-3)浓度变化与疗效的关系。方法60例特发性矮小症儿童,用rhGH治疗,剂量为0.15IU/(kg· d),疗程6个月;检测治疗前、治疗第八天、治疗第六个月末血清中IGF-1、IGFBP-3的浓度及身高变化;治疗第八天血清中IGF-1、IGFBP-3浓度升高30%以上者分为敏感组,低于10%以下为非敏感组,对比两组血清浓度变化并比较相应的身高速率( GV)。结论 ISS儿童用rhGH治疗第八天血清中IGF-1、IGFBP-3浓度升高30%以上,预示未来用rhGH改善其成人终身高的疗效较好。

목적:탐토중조인생장격소(rhGH)치료특발성왜소증(ISS)제팔천,혈청중류이도소양생장인자-1(IGF-1)화류이도소양생장인자결합단백(IGFBP-3)농도변화여료효적관계。방법60례특발성왜소증인동,용rhGH치료,제량위0.15IU/(kg· d),료정6개월;검측치료전、치료제팔천、치료제륙개월말혈청중IGF-1、IGFBP-3적농도급신고변화;치료제팔천혈청중IGF-1、IGFBP-3농도승고30%이상자분위민감조,저우10%이하위비민감조,대비량조혈청농도변화병비교상응적신고속솔( GV)。결론 ISS인동용rhGH치료제팔천혈청중IGF-1、IGFBP-3농도승고30%이상,예시미래용rhGH개선기성인종신고적료효교호。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-1 ( IGF-1 ) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein ( IGFBP-3) concentration variation with efficacy in idiopathic short stature ( ISS) ,in eighth day of treatment with recombinant human growth hormone.METHODS 60 idiopathic short stature children,treated with rhGH for 6 months,the dose of 0.15IU/(kg· d),the serum concentration of IGF-1、IGFBP-3 and height were detected before treatment ,eighth day and the end of sixth month;the serum concentration increased in eighth day more than 30%were divided into sensitive group ,increased below 10%for non-sensitive group ,calcu-late and compare the corresponding height velocity ( GV) of two groups.CONCLUSION ISS children with rhGH treatment in eighth day ,serum IGF-1 ,IGFBP-3 concentration increased more than 30%,which predict the future use of rhGH to improve the final adult height has a better therapeutic effect.
