目的：建立 HPLC 法测定血元通颗粒中二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，流动相为乙腈∶水（18∶82），检测波长为320nm，流速1.0mL· min -1，柱温30℃。结果二苯乙烯苷浓度在5.80～87.06μg· mL -1范围内呈良好的线性关系，r ＝0.9998，加样回收率为99.9％，RSD为1.54％。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、可靠，可用于血元通颗粒的质量控制。
목적：건립 HPLC 법측정혈원통과립중이분을희감함량적방법。방법이십팔완기규완건합규효위전충제，류동상위을정∶수（18∶82），검측파장위320nm，류속1.0mL· min -1，주온30℃。결과이분을희감농도재5.80～87.06μg· mL -1범위내정량호적선성관계，r ＝0.9998，가양회수솔위99.9％，RSD위1.54％。결론해방법조작간편、령민、가고，가용우혈원통과립적질량공제。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of stilbeneglucoside in Xueyuantong Granules.METHODS Octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was used as bulking agent.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water ( 18∶82 ) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 , and the detection wavelength was 320nm,with the column temperature at 30℃.RESULTS Stilbeneglucoside showed a good linearity in the concen-traterange of 5.80~87.06μg · mL-1 , the coefficent was 0.9998 , and the average recovery was 99.9%( RSD =1.54%).CONCLUSION The method is simple ,sensitive and suitable ,can be used for the quality control of Xu-eyuantong Granules.
