目的:优选表面活性剂-超声协同提取一点红中总黄酮的工艺条件。方法以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用正交试验优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺参数:1.0%吐温-80,70%乙醇,料液比1∶15,超声提取60min。优化条件下,一点红中总黄酮的提取率为4.63%,明显高于传统提取法。结论采用表面活性剂-超声协同提取一点红中的总黄酮,能提高提取率,可降低生产成本,是一种较理想的提取工艺。

목적:우선표면활성제-초성협동제취일점홍중총황동적공예조건。방법이총황동제취솔위지표,채용정교시험우화제취공예。결과최가제취공예삼수:1.0%토온-80,70%을순,료액비1∶15,초성제취60min。우화조건하,일점홍중총황동적제취솔위4.63%,명현고우전통제취법。결론채용표면활성제-초성협동제취일점홍중적총황동,능제고제취솔,가강저생산성본,시일충교이상적제취공예。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from Emilia sonchifolia( Linn.) DC with surfactant-ultrasound extraction.METHODS Orthogonal test were used to study the extraction conditions with the extracting rate of flavonoids as indexes.RESULTS The optimal technical conditions as follows:1.0%tween-80 as solubilizing agent ,70%ethanol as extracting solvent ,the proportion of raw material to solvent was 1∶15,the ultra-sound treatment time was 60 min.Under this conditions , the extraction rate reached 4.63%, which obviously higher than the conventional extraction methods.CONCLUSION The surfactant-ultrasound method is higher extraction rate,lower costs and can be applied multipurposely.
