    蒽醌类化合物广泛存在于天然药用植物中，并具有较好的药理活性。为了进一步研究蒽醌类化合物的成药性及创新药物研究，对天然蒽醌类药物口服后在生物体内的吸收分布、体内外代谢产物等方面研究进行综述。
    은곤류화합물엄범존재우천연약용식물중，병구유교호적약리활성。위료진일보연구은곤류화합물적성약성급창신약물연구，대천연은곤류약물구복후재생물체내적흡수분포、체내외대사산물등방면연구진행종술。
    Anthraquinones are widely existed in natural medicinal plants with obvious pharmacological activi -ties.The research progress on absorption ,distribution ,and metabolites of natural anthraquinones after oral administra-tion were summarized in order to provide references for further studies on the new drug development and the clinical application of natural anthraquinones.
