对农村贫困影响因素的实证分析是制定具有现实可操作性扶贫开发举措的基本前提。在构建贫困多维测度指标体系基础上，采用无输入的数据包络分析模型对改革开放以来贵州省农村贫困状况进行测度，进而借助Tobit回归模型考察经济增长、产业结构、城镇化水平对农村贫困状况的显著性影响。分析结果表明：经济增长、第三产业所占比重对改善农村贫困状况有显著性促进作用，城镇化水平对农村贫困状况改善有负向作用，而工业化水平对贵州省农村贫困并无显著性影响。

Empirical analysis on the influential factors of rural poverty is the basic premise of developing practical operability of poverty alleviation and development initiatives. Based on the construction of multidimensional index system,data envelopment analysis model with the same inputs is employed to measure the rural poverty in Guizhou since the reform and opening up, and then Tobit regression model is employed to investigate whether the economic growth,industrial structure or levels of urbanization have significant impacts on rural poverty.The consequence shows that economic growth, proportion of the tertiary industry do significantly improve the conditions of rural poverty,and levels of urbanization have significantly negative impacts on rural poverty,while the level of industrialization has no significant impacts on the rural poverty in Guizhou.
