为综合利用天花粉，在单因素试验的基础上，采取正交试验，以天花粉多糖的得率为指标，对影响天花粉多糖提取的酶用量、pH、提取温度和提取时间进行优化。结果表明：各因素对天花粉多糖提取率影响的顺序为酶用量＞提取温度＞pH＞提取时间。其最佳工艺是提取温度60℃，酶用量0．2％，pH为5．0，提取1．5 h，该条件下的天花粉多糖得率为5．48％。

위종합이용천화분，재단인소시험적기출상，채취정교시험，이천화분다당적득솔위지표，대영향천화분다당제취적매용량、pH、제취온도화제취시간진행우화。결과표명：각인소대천화분다당제취솔영향적순서위매용량＞제취온도＞pH＞제취시간。기최가공예시제취온도60℃，매용량0．2％，pH위5．0，제취1．5 h，해조건하적천화분다당득솔위5．48％。
For the comprehensive utilization of R.trichosanthis, on the basis of single factor experiment,using the orthogonal test and taking the effects on yield of polysaccharide as the index,three factors affecting the extraction of polysaccharide,including enzyme dosage,pH value and temperature of extraction,were optimized.Results:various factors affecting polysaccharide yield followed the sequence of enzyme dosage > extraction temperature > pH value > extracting time. The optimum extraction temperature factor was 60℃,enzyme dosage was 0.2%,pH was 5.0 and extracting time was 1.5 h, under the optimum conditions,the yield was up to 5.48%.
