为探明鸭LXRα基因的功能并为该基因在鸭育种中的运用提供参考,采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测樱桃谷鸭LXRαmRNA的组织表达谱,分析LXRαmRNA表达水平与樱桃谷鸭肉质和血清生化指标的相关性。结果表明:胸肌pH、失水率、嫩度、肌内脂肪和水分等肉质指标在公、母鸭间均未达到显著差异(P>0.05),血清中的总蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯和总胆固醇公鸭显著高于母鸭(P<0.05);LXRαmRNA在肝脏等11个组织中均存在不同程度的表达,在肝脏中表达量最高;LXRαmRNA表达量与甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与其他血清指标和肉质指标的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。鸭LXRα基因可作为脂质性状选择的候选基因。

To investigate the duck LXRαgene function and provide a reference for duck molecular breeding,tissue expression profile of Cherry Valley duck LXRαgene mRNA were detected by relative quantification PCR (RQ-PCR),and correlation analysis were performed between LXRαmRNA expression and meat quality and serum biochemical indexes. The results showed that the meat quality traits of different gender had no significant difference (P>0.05).In serum total protein,globulin,triglyceride and total cholesterol of different gender had significant difference(P<0.05).LXRαmRNA were expressed in eleven tissues,and was the highest in the liver.The expression levels of LXRαmRNA had significant positive correlation with serum triglyceride and total cholesterol(P<0.01),and no significant correlation with all meat quality traits (P>0.05 ).The study indicated that LXRαgene could be treated as the candidate gene of lipid traits in ducks.
