为科学指导何首乌的生产,以贵州2个典型何首乌种植基地都匀和施秉的土壤为研究对象,分析了土壤养分与土壤酶活性的关系,比较了两个何首乌基地土壤 pH、有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾6个养分指标以及土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶3个土壤酶活性指标,结合通径分析对指标间的关系进行研究。结果表明:2个何首乌种植基地的土壤 pH 平均值为5.47±0.90,为酸性土,总体上,土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾的平均含量分别为(28.78±7.06)g/kg、(1.61±0.27)mg/kg、(125.53±27.93)mg/kg、(31.03±32.47)mg/kg、(77.11±50.51)mg/kg,土壤养分含量较为丰富,都匀产区的土壤全氮含量和脲酶活性显著高于施秉产区,速效钾含量则显著低于施秉;相关性分析表明,土壤 pH 与土壤脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶的活性关系极显著,土壤有机质含量与脲酶活性关系显著,土壤全氮含量与脲酶、过氧化氢酶关系极显著,土壤碱解氮与脲酶、磷酸酶关系极显著,土壤有效磷与磷酸酶关系显著,而速效钾含量与3种酶的活性无显著关系;通径分析表明,土壤全氮含量和土壤酸碱度是影响土壤脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性的主要因子。结论,改善土壤酸碱度,为土壤微生物提供充足的氮源,更有利于土壤碳的腐殖化、有机质的矿化以及土壤养分的有效释放。
為科學指導何首烏的生產,以貴州2箇典型何首烏種植基地都勻和施秉的土壤為研究對象,分析瞭土壤養分與土壤酶活性的關繫,比較瞭兩箇何首烏基地土壤 pH、有機質、全氮、堿解氮、有效燐、速效鉀6箇養分指標以及土壤脲酶、燐痠酶、過氧化氫酶3箇土壤酶活性指標,結閤通徑分析對指標間的關繫進行研究。結果錶明:2箇何首烏種植基地的土壤 pH 平均值為5.47±0.90,為痠性土,總體上,土壤有機質、全氮、堿解氮、有效燐和速效鉀的平均含量分彆為(28.78±7.06)g/kg、(1.61±0.27)mg/kg、(125.53±27.93)mg/kg、(31.03±32.47)mg/kg、(77.11±50.51)mg/kg,土壤養分含量較為豐富,都勻產區的土壤全氮含量和脲酶活性顯著高于施秉產區,速效鉀含量則顯著低于施秉;相關性分析錶明,土壤 pH 與土壤脲酶、燐痠酶和過氧化氫酶的活性關繫極顯著,土壤有機質含量與脲酶活性關繫顯著,土壤全氮含量與脲酶、過氧化氫酶關繫極顯著,土壤堿解氮與脲酶、燐痠酶關繫極顯著,土壤有效燐與燐痠酶關繫顯著,而速效鉀含量與3種酶的活性無顯著關繫;通徑分析錶明,土壤全氮含量和土壤痠堿度是影響土壤脲酶、燐痠酶和過氧化氫酶活性的主要因子。結論,改善土壤痠堿度,為土壤微生物提供充足的氮源,更有利于土壤碳的腐殖化、有機質的礦化以及土壤養分的有效釋放。
위과학지도하수오적생산,이귀주2개전형하수오충식기지도균화시병적토양위연구대상,분석료토양양분여토양매활성적관계,비교료량개하수오기지토양 pH、유궤질、전담、감해담、유효린、속효갑6개양분지표이급토양뇨매、린산매、과양화경매3개토양매활성지표,결합통경분석대지표간적관계진행연구。결과표명:2개하수오충식기지적토양 pH 평균치위5.47±0.90,위산성토,총체상,토양유궤질、전담、감해담、유효린화속효갑적평균함량분별위(28.78±7.06)g/kg、(1.61±0.27)mg/kg、(125.53±27.93)mg/kg、(31.03±32.47)mg/kg、(77.11±50.51)mg/kg,토양양분함량교위봉부,도균산구적토양전담함량화뇨매활성현저고우시병산구,속효갑함량칙현저저우시병;상관성분석표명,토양 pH 여토양뇨매、린산매화과양화경매적활성관계겁현저,토양유궤질함량여뇨매활성관계현저,토양전담함량여뇨매、과양화경매관계겁현저,토양감해담여뇨매、린산매관계겁현저,토양유효린여린산매관계현저,이속효갑함량여3충매적활성무현저관계;통경분석표명,토양전담함량화토양산감도시영향토양뇨매、린산매화과양화경매활성적주요인자。결론,개선토양산감도,위토양미생물제공충족적담원,경유리우토양탄적부식화、유궤질적광화이급토양양분적유효석방。
In order to guide the scientific production of F.multiflora,the typical soil types in two F. multiflora growing bases in Guizhou were selected to analyze the relationships between soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities.pH,contents of organic matter,total N,alkaline hydrolysis N, available P,available K and nutrient soil urease,phosphatase,catalase in Duyun and Shibing areas were detected.Results:The soil pH was 5.47 0.90,it was acidic soil.In general,the average content of soil organic matter,total N,alkali-hydrolyzale N,available P and available K was respectively (28.78 7.06) g/kg,(1.61 0.27)mg/kg,(125.53 27.93)mg/kg,(31.03 32.47)mg/kg,(77.11 50.51)mg/kg.The contents of soil total nitrogen and soil urease activity showed that Duyun area was significantly higher than that of Shibing area,content of available potassium was significantly lower than Shibing area;Correlation analysis showed that the soil pH activities were very significantly correlated to these three enzymes activity,the correlation between soil organic matter content and urease activity was significant, the relationship between soil total N content and soil urease and catalase were very significant, Notable positive correlation between soil alkaline hydrolysis N content and urease, phosphatase activity were achieved,and the content of soil available P and phosphatase was of significant correlations,and there were no significant positive correlations between the content of soil available K and three enzymes.Path analysis results showed that the influence of Guizhou F.multiflora growing bases of soil urease, phosphatase and catalase activity was the main factors,soil pH,soil total nitrogen content showed that improving soil pH value, so as to provide sufficient nitrogen source for soil microorganisms, more conducive to soil carbon the humification and mineralization of organic matter and soil nutrient release effectively.
