为了解齿果酸模(Rumex dentatua L.)的化感作用,采用室内生物测试法研究了齿果酸模叶片和根水浸液对小麦、高粱、萝卜和小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:齿果酸模叶片和根水浸液对4种作物发芽、胚根生长、幼苗生长都具有较强的化感抑制作用,对胚根生长的影响最大,对发芽的影响最小,叶片的化感作用稍强于根。齿果酸模叶片水浸液在浓度为0.025 g/mL时显著或极显著地抑制4种作物胚根和幼苗生长;根水浸液在浓度为0.0125 g/mL时极显著地抑制4种作物的胚根生长(P=0.01);叶片和根水浸液对4种作物发芽率的综合抑制率分别为27%和17%。

The present experiment was conducted to study the allelopathic effect of leaves and root of R.dentatua aqueous extracts on germination and seedling growth of wheat,sorghum,radish and pakchoi by indoor biological monitoring method.The results indicated that the leaves and root of R.dentatua aqueous extracts had strong allelopathic effects on germination,seedling growth and radicle growth of the four crops.R.dentatua aqueous extractshad the strongest inhibition on radicle growth and the least effect on germination.Allelopathic effect of leaves was stronger than root.The leaves aqueous extracts had significant inhibition on seedling growth and radicle growth of the four crops under the concentration of 0.025 g/mL extracts treatment.Meanwhile,the root aqueous extracts had extremely significant inhibition on radicle growth of the four crops under the concentration of 0.0125 g/mL extracts treatment.The inhibition ratio of leaves and root aqueous extracts on germination rate of four crops were 27% and 17%separately.
