为给空心莲子草的防除及珍稀物种海菜花的培育和保护提供参考,探讨了不同钙浓度条件下,空心莲子草浸提液胁迫对海菜花种子发芽率、发芽势、苗高、鲜重等的影响。结果表明:1)空心莲子草浸提液浓度低于10%时对海菜花种子发芽势和发芽率随浸提液浓度升高不断提高,并在浓度为10%时达到最高值(10.0%和11.7%),随后逐渐降低;2)海菜花种子发芽率与发芽势均表现为加钙高于不加钙,且加钙后促进顺序为低钙>中钙>高钙;3)海菜花幼苗苗高和鲜重随浸提液浓度升高不断提高,并在10%时达最大值(0.92 cm和759 mg),之后逐渐降低。因此,空心莲子草浸提液对海菜花种子萌发及幼苗生长都有不同程度的影响,低浓度钙可促进海菜花种子萌发与幼苗生长。
為給空心蓮子草的防除及珍稀物種海菜花的培育和保護提供參攷,探討瞭不同鈣濃度條件下,空心蓮子草浸提液脅迫對海菜花種子髮芽率、髮芽勢、苗高、鮮重等的影響。結果錶明:1)空心蓮子草浸提液濃度低于10%時對海菜花種子髮芽勢和髮芽率隨浸提液濃度升高不斷提高,併在濃度為10%時達到最高值(10.0%和11.7%),隨後逐漸降低;2)海菜花種子髮芽率與髮芽勢均錶現為加鈣高于不加鈣,且加鈣後促進順序為低鈣>中鈣>高鈣;3)海菜花幼苗苗高和鮮重隨浸提液濃度升高不斷提高,併在10%時達最大值(0.92 cm和759 mg),之後逐漸降低。因此,空心蓮子草浸提液對海菜花種子萌髮及幼苗生長都有不同程度的影響,低濃度鈣可促進海菜花種子萌髮與幼苗生長。

In order to provide references for control of A.philoxeroides and cultivation and protection of Otteliaacuminata,the effects of A.philoxeroides extract on germination rate,germination potential,seedling height and fresh weight of Otteliaacuminata under Ca2+ stress were studied.Results:1 )A.philoxeroidesextract enhanced germination potential and germination rate with the concentration increasing,and reached the highest when the concentration was 10%,10.0% and 11.7% respectively,and then decreased gradually.2 )The germination rate and germination potential under Ca2+ stress was higher than the control,which followed the sequence of low Ca2+> medium Ca2+>high Ca2+;3)The seedling height and fresh weight increased with the extract concentration increasing,and reached the highest(0.92 cm and 759 mg)when the concentration was 1 0%,and then decreased gradually.Consequently,the extract affected seed germination and seedling growth in varying degrees,low concentration Ca2+ could promote seed germination and seedling growth of Otteliaacuminata.
