为从整体上宏观地控制头花蓼药材的品质,并从源头上确保其单方制剂热淋清颗粒的均一、有效、可控,采用薄层色谱法建立头花蓼药材及制剂热淋清颗粒的 TLC特征图谱。结果表明:将样品用乙酸乙酯萃取,薄层版预饱和15 min,在展开剂为正己烷-乙酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸(7∶6.5∶2.5∶3)二次展开,环境温度20℃,用三氯化铝试液显色时,挥尽溶剂后置于紫外光灯320 nm下检视,其荧光薄层色谱清晰,斑点容量大,分离度好;贵州施秉县头花蓼 GAP基地产的12批头花蓼药材的薄层色谱图和扫描轮廓图十分相似,均有5个荧光强弱相近斑点和5个对应大小的色谱峰;不同产地的9批头花蓼药材也具有相同的5个斑点及对应的色谱峰,但斑点的荧光强弱及色谱峰大小有较大的差异;不同批次热淋清颗粒的薄层色谱图和扫描轮廓图十分相似,均有5个荧光强弱相近斑点和5个对应大小的色谱峰。头花蓼近缘种赤胫散药材则不具备上述色谱特征。

The characteristic spectrum of Polygonum capitatum herb and Relinqing granules was established to control the quality of Polygonum capitatum and Relinqing granule. The samples are extracted with ethyl acetate,then pre-saturation for 1 5 mim and second outspread by using n-hexane-ethyl acetate-butanone-formic acid (7∶6.5∶2.5∶3)at 20℃.finally,the samples stained with alchlor are viewed under a ultraviolet lamp with 320 nm. The sample is of distinct fluorescence thin-layer chromatography,high capacity of spots and good separation degree.The TLC of 12 Polygonumcapitatum samples from Shibing GAP base is similar to the skeleton sscannogram and both have five similar fluorescence spots and five corresponding chromatography peaks.Nine Polygonum capitatum samples from different producing areas all have five fluorescence spots with the similar intensity and five corresponding chromatography peaks but there are differences in fluorescence intensity of spots and size of corresponding chromatography peaks.The TLC of different batches of Relinqing granules is similar to the scanning skeleton map and both have five fluorescence spots with the similar intensity and five corresponding chromatography peaks.Polygonum runcinatum,a Polygonum capitatum sibling species, has no above-mentioned chromatography characteristics.
