为加快低谷蛋白水稻品种在贵州省的应用,用甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理低谷蛋白水稻品种W3660种子,从1600份诱变材料中筛选出4份农艺性状优于 W3660的突变体,用与低谷蛋白性状紧密连锁的标记RM1358和蛋白质SDS-PAGE电泳分析其低谷蛋白特性。结果表明,4份突变材料与 W3660的DNA带型一致,其中M1的基因型为杂合型,其余3份为纯合型;对纯合突变体进行加代后获得3份农艺性状稳定的改良材料,其低谷蛋白特性与 W3660一致;与 W3660相比,改良材料的每穗粒数增加55.5%~69.2%,千粒重增加15%~17.5%,产量最高增产31%。结论:甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理低谷蛋白水稻品种 W3660获得的3份低谷蛋白水稻改良材料适宜贵州稻作区种植,对贵州低谷蛋白水稻品种的选育与应用具有推动作用。
為加快低穀蛋白水稻品種在貴州省的應用,用甲基磺痠乙酯(EMS)處理低穀蛋白水稻品種W3660種子,從1600份誘變材料中篩選齣4份農藝性狀優于 W3660的突變體,用與低穀蛋白性狀緊密連鎖的標記RM1358和蛋白質SDS-PAGE電泳分析其低穀蛋白特性。結果錶明,4份突變材料與 W3660的DNA帶型一緻,其中M1的基因型為雜閤型,其餘3份為純閤型;對純閤突變體進行加代後穫得3份農藝性狀穩定的改良材料,其低穀蛋白特性與 W3660一緻;與 W3660相比,改良材料的每穗粒數增加55.5%~69.2%,韆粒重增加15%~17.5%,產量最高增產31%。結論:甲基磺痠乙酯(EMS)處理低穀蛋白水稻品種 W3660穫得的3份低穀蛋白水稻改良材料適宜貴州稻作區種植,對貴州低穀蛋白水稻品種的選育與應用具有推動作用。

In order to speed up the application of low glutelin rice cultivar in Guizhou,the authorship used ethyl methyl sulfonate (EMS)to process the seed of W3660,four yield trait improved materials were obtained from 1 600 mutagenic materials.The marker RM1358,linked to low glutelin trait,and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis were used to analyze the low glutelin trait of improved materials. The results revealed that these improved materials and W3660 have the same bands.However,only the genotype of M1 is heterozygosis,the others are homozygosis.Finally,three agronomic trait stable improved materials were obtained by generation-adding selection of these homozygous mutants.SDS-PAGE electrophoresis analysis found that the low glutelin trait of the three homozygous materials consistent with W3660.Yield comparison experiment showed that compared with W3660,grain number per spike of improved materials increased by 55.5%~69.2%,1000-grain weight increased by 15%~17.5%,grain yield increased by 31%at the most.These date showed that the three improved rice materials were suitable for planting in Guizhou,which would promote the breeding and application of low glutelin rice cultivars in Guizhou.
