The ozone oxidation problem of formaldehyde in water treatment process was discussed. The results showed ozone gener-ating byproducts were influenced by substances of different structure and different treatment process, and so on. The research prog-ress about ozone byproducts formaldehyde at China and foreign was reviewed, so as to provide directions for its theory research and engineering practice.
