对纳氏比色法测定水体中氨氮的实验中出现的常见问题进行了分析和探讨,结果表明,应控制外界氨对实验的影响,尽量降低试剂中氨的污染;过滤的滤纸最好经过0.1%的稀盐酸溶液的浸洗;配制酒石酸钾钠溶液时需要加NaOH煮沸除氨。最佳显色时间控制在10~30min,其显色溶液的pH应控制在11.8~12.8之间。不同浓度的样品可以通过降低和增加比色皿的光程得到更精确的测量。

The common experiment problems of ammonia nitrogen in water body by nessler method were analyzed and discussed. The impact of outside ammonia on experiment was controlled and reduced. Filter paper should wash by 0.1%dilute hydrochloric acid solution. The sodium tartrate solution prepared with NaOH should boil in order to remove ammonia. The best developing time was between 10~30 min, and the pH of developing solution was 11.8~12.8. The most accurate measurements of different samples were obtained by change of the optical path of cuvette.
