首先用硫酸、盐酸或硝酸等处理氧化铝载体,然后采用浸渍法制备了Fe(Ⅲ)/Al2O3催化剂。考察了酸种类、酸浓度、Fe(Ⅲ)含量等对催化剂催化水合肼还原硝基苯制备苯胺活性的影响。结果表明用1 mol·L-1的硫酸处理载体氧化铝所制备的催化剂活性最高,催化剂中Fe(Ⅲ)的负载量为20%是适宜的。在适宜的条件(硝基苯10 mmol,水合肼30 mmol,无水乙醇15 mL,催化剂0.4 g,回流反应2 h)下,苯胺的收率为75%。催化剂有较好的重复使用性。

The catalyst Fe(Ⅲ)/Al2O3 was prepared by impregnation, after the catalyst support Al2O3 was treated with sulphuric acid, hydrochloric or nitric acid. The influences of acid type, acid concentration and Fe(Ⅲ) loading on catalytic activity in the reduction of nitro benzene to aniline with hydrazine hydrate were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst had the highest activity when the catalyst support treated with 1 mol/L-1 sulphuric acid, and the suitable Fe(Ⅲ) loading was 20%. Under suitable reaction conditions:10mmol of nitro benzene, 30mmol hydrazine hydrate, 15mL ethnol, 0.4g of catalyst and reacting for 2 h, the yield of aniline could reach 75%. The catalyst had good reusability.
