高等教育自学考试制度自颁布以来，已为国家培养数千万高素质人才，是国家构建终身教育体系的重要学习平台。随着普通高校招生规模持续多年的快速增长，自学考试参学参考人数出现大幅下滑现象。要发挥自学考试在构建终身教育体系中的重要作用，应充分认识自学考试的教育属性和社会化学习功能。本文对自学考试的社会化学习平台功能与配置、国家考试平台功能与配置、权威认证平台功能与配置进行探讨，以期促进自学考试健康发展。

고등교육자학고시제도자반포이래，이위국가배양수천만고소질인재，시국가구건종신교육체계적중요학습평태。수착보통고교초생규모지속다년적쾌속증장，자학고시삼학삼고인수출현대폭하활현상。요발휘자학고시재구건종신교육체계중적중요작용，응충분인식자학고시적교육속성화사회화학습공능。본문대자학고시적사회화학습평태공능여배치、국가고시평태공능여배치、권위인증평태공능여배치진행탐토，이기촉진자학고시건강발전。
Self-taught Examination System has made a great contribution in cultivating tens of millions of talents since it was established. It serves as a key learning platform for constructing lifelong education system. However, with the rapid growth of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of self-taught examinees decreases sharply. To fully play the role of Self-taught Examination’s function in constructing lifelong education system, its education attribute and socialization learning function should be fully recognized. This paper discusses Self-taught Examination’s socialization learning platform function and its configuration, Self-taught Examination’s national examination platform function and its configuration, and Self-taught Examination’s certification authority platform function and its configuration in order to promote better development of Self-taught Examination.
