近年来，上海进行了许多老旧小区的宽带改造。这些小区多采用墙壁光缆的建设方式。在建设的同时，小区内随意飞线的乱象也成为了居民投诉的焦点。本文从墙壁吊线光缆使用材料、施工的一般要求、施工步骤和特别注意事项等4个方面探讨了规范的墙壁吊线光缆施工，也分析了乱象形成的其他原因及整改措施。

In recent years, Shanghai carried out many old residential broadband transformation. These residential areas use the construc-tion method of wal hanging optical cable. With the construction, the chaotic phenomena of random construction of wal hang-ing optical cable in the residential area has become the focus of complaints from the residents. It discusses the construction of wal hanging optical cable from four aspects:the use of materials, the general requirements of construction, construction steps and special precautions. It also analyzes the other causes of the chaotic phenomena and the measures on improvement.
