手汗症属常见疾病，主要表现为手掌和足底多汗，严重影响患者日常生活。该文报道一种新的治疗手汗症的手术方式---经脐内镜下胸交感神经节切断术。1例重度手汗症患者，于全身麻醉下接受经脐胃镜下双侧胸交感神经切断术，术程顺利，手术时间40 min，术中出血极少。术后患者双手皮肤温度升高2℃，背部轻度代偿性出汗，无其他不良反应，术后随访5个月，情况良好。
수한증속상견질병，주요표현위수장화족저다한，엄중영향환자일상생활。해문보도일충신적치료수한증적수술방식---경제내경하흉교감신경절절단술。1례중도수한증환자，우전신마취하접수경제위경하쌍측흉교감신경절단술，술정순리，수술시간40 min，술중출혈겁소。술후환자쌍수피부온도승고2℃，배부경도대상성출한，무기타불량반응，술후수방5개월，정황량호。
Palmarhyperhidrosisisacommondisease,mainlycharacterizedassweatinthepalmsand soles,which severely affects daily life. In this paper,we reported a novel surgical treatment of palmar hyper-hidrosis-umbilical endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy. One case of serious palmar hyperhidrosis underwent transumbilical-diaphragmatic thoracic sympathectomy with an ultrathin flexible endoscope under general anes-thesia successfully,which endured for 40 min and yielded a mild amount of blood loss. Postoperatively,the temperature of patient's hand skin was elevated by 2 ℃,with slightly compensatory sweating while no any other adverse reactions. After 5-month follow-up,the patient remained in a good condition.
